When ordering, please include your selections and information for each attendee. Please include a name, age, and selection on the form or email, so that place cards may be printed with the corresponding entree selection for each person. Choices are:
- Bacon-Wrapped Petite Tenderloin of Beef :Twin petite filets with peppercorn demi glace & crumbled blue cheese
- Baked Scottish Salmon: With fresh herb & dill crust, served with Dijon mustard & honey glaze
- Chicken Francaise: Egg batter-dipped with parsley, tomatoes & citrus lemon beurre blanc
- Vegetarian: Chef’s Selection
- Children’s Meal: Chicken Fingers with French Fries
WHEN ORDERING ONLINE: after paying, if you could forward your receipt to events@efasce.net with a list of your attendee’s and their respective dinner entree choices, that will allow us to match the ticket number and attendee for place cards with dinner choices on them.
